Returns and replacements
All iVAPE products are manufactured and tested to the highest standards and conform to safety regulations such as ROHS. In the unlikely event that the products do not meet your expectations then please contact us on the telephone number in the ‘contact us’ section or at the top of the home page.
At iVAPE we like to make the shopping experience for our customers as easy and smooth as possible, so we don’t want you to worry about buying from us online. You are covered by the DSA (distance selling regulations ) and can return your items for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you once processed, we will then refund you via the original method of payment within 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: for health and safety reasons we cannot accept e-liquids that have been opened. The tamper-proof cap must be intact. Any items returned must be in sell-able condition and as received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
